No hidden costs, everything is agreed with you in writing before we begin, and we’ll always explain exactly how our fee works for your specific situation.
For clarity, here’s the complete picture of what you may pay:
Our fee: nothing if our group’s contractors carry out the repair works (they pay our fee); typically 10% of the settlement plus VAT if you use your own contractors. No Win No Fee applies either way.
Your insurance excess: this is set by your insurance policy, not by us, and applies to any claim however it’s handled. If our contractors carry out the works, we currently contribute up to £1,000 towards it through our Excess Contribution Voucher (terms apply).
Anything else: Nothing. There are no administration fees, no upfront payments and there are no other charges unless we have agreed something with you first.
